Make it easier for you to express your individual voice by gaining an insight into vocal technique. Private lessons are suitable for young and old that are serious about learning the skills required to maintain vocal health and stamina. SOUNDWAVES teaches in variety of formats, styles and genres. Please note that all our classes have a $8 resource fee per term.

NEW - VIDEO LESSONS WITH A DIFFERENCE
This new "online" method is a scenario not dependant on simultaneous internet connectivity. In your own time, you can upload a video of you singing a piece you wish to have feedback/coaching on. With in 48-72 hours of receiving the clip Sussane will provide you with a full feed back video in split screen format that will include tips and pointers to enhance a students vocal ability. These lessons are an affordable way to have coaching in the comfort of your own home. Best of all, video sessions stimulate practise as naturally , all students want to send in good "take" of their song. Sussane will suggest how best to go about making differences to improve tone, breath control and pitch. She will even suggest exercises to help a particular technical manoeuvre needed in your voice. Price upon application - usually in 6 week blocks.

After completing a Diploma in Operatic Art & Graduate in Music (Opera) at the Sydney Conservatorium Sussane found herself emerged in both performing and teaching.
Her teaching career started in 1994 and places of employment have included private Sydney schools; Queenswood Girls School, Brigidine Girls College (Randwick) & Abbotsleigh Girls College just to name a few. It was in 2002 that saw the birth of her vocal school SINGING ALIVE set in Manly, NSW. Most fulfilling there was the talent program, developed by Sussane, where select students went on to record with SONY BMG song writers. It was this that kick started her coaching in the studio for recording artists with producers appreciating the extra pair of ears and technical advice to get the best out of the vocalist.
She is thrilled to be able to bring her passion of vocal excellence to the beautiful south west. Since returning to WA she was worked as a vocal tutor at Bunbury Catholic College, Dunsborough Primary,Our Lady of the Cape Primary, St Mary Mackillop, Georgiana Molloy Anglican School. as well as at her home studio in Quindalup.
